Welcome to NKU Panhellenic Fall 2025 Sorority Recruitment!
Please take some time to complete this registration. The more information that you provide through the registration the better! Our Chapter members want to know what you have already experienced as far as activities, clubs, organizations, volunteering, community involvement and so on! Please be prepared to upload a picture, it does not have to be a fancy head shot! The best picture is something simple - we use these to help us remember who we met because there will be A LOT of you and many of you have the same name!
You will be asked to pay the recruitment registration fee of $40 using a bank card or credit card. The recruitment fee helps offset the cost of hosting Panhellenic recruitment, a recruitment T-shirt, and other activities. There are NO REFUNDS for the registration fee. If you have trouble with the payment process, please contact Sloan Ritter, Vice President of Membership, at ritters7@nku.edu or our Panhellenic President, Sarah James, at jamess10@nku.edu
Meet Panhellenic- Open House- is held on September 3rd from 5:30-8:00 PM in Student Union 107A (The Ballroom). This event is highly encourage for everyone participating in Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, however - DO NOT skip class to attend. If you cannot attend but are registered for Sorority Recruitment, please make sure to tell your Gamma Chi/Recruitment Counselor.
Recruitment Orientation - Meet Your Gamma Chi - is held on September 10th from 6:30-8:00 PM in the Student Union 107A (The Ballroom). This event is highly encouraged for everyone participating in Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, however - DO NOT skip class to attend. If you cannot attend but are registered for Sorority Recruitment, please make sure to tell your Gamma Chi/Recruitment Counselor.
Recruitment Begins on September 11th at 7:00 PM and will last until about 10:30 PM
Recruitment Continues September 12th at 4:45 PM and will last until 9:00 PM
Recruitment Continues September 13th at 9:15 AM and will be over by 3:00 PM
Recruitment Conitinues September 14th at 8:00 AM and will last most of the day.
Bid Day happens at 4 PM that evening and there will be activities until about 9 PM.
It is highly advised that you plan to attend all rounds of recruitment. Missing a part or even a full day of recruitment is sometimes unavoidable but each day builds on the next and it is to your benefit to be available for the entire process. Please let a Panhellenic Officer or your Gamma Chi know of any schedule conflicts in advance. If you have a class - DO NOT skip class to attend a recruitment event.
